Easter is a day that Christians worship Jesus Christ. This day has been set aside to observe when Jesus Christ was raised from the dead. Jesus Christ who is the son of God but will never be divided into two, he is the central figure of Christianity he is Jesus the anointed one, our Lord and savior. Jesus Christ was crucified the non believers tied him down and then nailed him to a very large wooden cross Jesus laid there until his death. The celebration part of Easter comes because of the third day which was on a Sunday Jesus was resurrected. It has been stated that Jesus died on a Friday and came back alive on Sunday. This is the reason we have victory and that we should honor our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Even the cross that many people wear on there clothes and around there neck and even hung in there homes as a symbol of Jesus on the cross it is less important than the actually resurrection although it is great to represent the cross.
