David Eigenberg (Steve Brady) - Steve Brady is Miranda's nice, sweet, easy going guy on Sex in the City. He plays that loyal dad, husband and bartender that you can't help but like. The actor, David Eisenberg hasn't always played the nice person roles though. His past performances including the bad guy shooter role on Homocide: Life on the Street as well as District Attorney Harvey Welk in The Practice and on Broadway, as a hustler in Six Degrees of Separation. He can be seen now on Broadway in "Take Me Out".

Eigenberg was born May 17, 1964 in Long Island, New York though his family moved to the Chicago suburbs when he was four. His father was a CPA and his mother a pre schoolteacher. He has two sisters, Betsey and Helen. Eigenberg was raised Episcopalian.

Eisenberg acted in Community Theater and played football as a teenager.

He enlisted in the Marine Corps after high school and was Honorably Discharged at the rank of Lance Corporal after serving three years.

Eisenberg was going to be a carpenter, and studied at the Washburn Trade Academy.

Then, moving to New York he attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and worked at various construction jobs to put himself through school.

His sister, Helen Eigenberg is also an actor and has been in numerous television shows including Veronica Mars, Will and Grace, The Practice, 90210, Ally McBeal, Providence, Boston Leal and Without a trace. Sister Betsey is a realtor in the Chicago area.

Eigenberg is married to wife Chrysti, a former military policewoman whom he met at a USO even.

Evan Handler (Harry Goldenblatt) has been acting since his teen years and has credits on Broadway, television and movies, including Stooge in the movie "The Three Stooges", The West Wing as well as roles in the movies; Ransom and Taps. He was in six Broadway plays before the age of thirteen including Six Degrees of Separation, Brighton Beach Memoirs and Biloxi Blues.

Handler has worked as a writer, director and producer. His autobiographical off-Broadway play "Time on Fire" received rave reviews at sold out performances. His book, Time on Fire: My Comedy of Terrors" also received excellent reviews. The book is about Handlers battle with leukemia, which he was diagnosed with at the age of 24.

Handler plays Charlottes husband and ex divorce attorney, Harry. He is another on Sex and the City's sweet sensitive and loyal men. Handler currently lives in New York with his wife, medical researcher, Elissa Atti.

Jason Lewis (Smith Jerrod) is not surprisingly, originally a super model from Southern California. He modeled for Guess and Tommy Hilfiger among others and was signed to the famous Wilhelmina agency. Jason was nominated for Male Model of the Year in 1996 by VH1. He also had some television credits including a stint on 90210.

When Jason appeared on Sex in the City in the final season as Samantha's love interest, he was still a relative newcomer to the industry. . Jason had just returned to New York from a three month camping trip across the US and Canada, with his dog. Sex and the City was his first audition in New York following the self-imposed break from the profession.

Jason was born June 25, 1971 in Los Alamitos, California. His mother is a nurse and his father a judge. He has two siblings. He has been linked with a number of Hollywood woman romantically including Jennifer Aniston, Rosario Dawson, and Michelle Trachtenberg.

Chris Noth was (born November 13, 195 in Madison, Wisconsin. His mother, Jeanne Parr was a reporter for CBS news. And his father was an insurance salesman, who died when Noth was just a child. Chris and his two older brothers traveled a great deal with their mother.

Chris Noth has an MFA from Yale School of Drama and a long list of acting credits. He is probably known best for his long-running television role as Detective Mike Logan on Law & Order in addition to his role as Big on Sex and the City.

Noth is a co-owner of New York City nightclubs The Cutting Room and the Plumm. Chris Noth has a son, born January 2008, with long time girlfriend Tara Wilson.
