The economy isn't the best right now. I saw one of those house selling shows on H.G.T.V. and they said that in the area they were selling properties that homes usually sell for about $20,000 dollars less then what the asking price is. This was a very nice neighborhood in Atlanta. Most of the people who lived on that block had money and descent paying jobs. The home selling expert then broke down his plan to readjust all his prices, starting by buying the houses cheaper, fixing them up economically, and lowering his asking price. He ended up selling 5 homes in that area.
I believe that all winners at anything have to know first themselves. Their strengths and weakness have to be examined. Once you know your greatest fears and your biggest dreams, you can map out a path to achieve success and avoid certain mistakes. Next, a winner doesn't lose his or her head in a drought period. Life is full of twists and turns but if you are determined to stay the course of success, you can motivate yourself to your own "Promised Land". This guy from the show made a million dollars in a market where homes where selling for considerably less. And lastly, people who achieve success learn how to make their money work for them through investing, saving their money, and various business ventures.
Winners never quit and quitters never win. We all know that saying. Quitters are viewed as slackers and cry babies. But maybe they quit because it's not their time to arrive at the top yet. Maybe they are better at something else. Everybody looks at winners as strong, persistent, and focused. Or maybe it's because for winners, it's just part of the journey they have formulated from the beginning of their race.
