The Miz and R-Truth File Lawsuits

Against the WWE and HHH

Spy Radio

The Miz and R-Truth unofficially returned to the WWE at Hell In A Cell. The Miz and R-Truth rushed the ring as the Cell was being raised after the WWE Championship Match. When The Miz and R-Truth entered the ring they began to beat everyone down including the referees. This caused Triple H and John Laurinaitis to make their way to ringside but before they could enter the ring the Cell was lowered. This allowed The Miz and R-Truth to continue their beat down. WWE Superstars from the back came to ringside in an attempt to break down the Cell. They were unable to get in the Cell allowing The Miz and Truth to continue their beat down. WWE officials and police officers began surrounding the ring as someone gets bolt cutters. The bolt gets cut off the Cell door allowing police to enter the ring. The Miz and Truth wanted nothing to do with police. They surrendered by dropping to their knees and placing their hands behind their backs. The police handcuffed The Miz and Truth. The police began escorting them out of the arena. On the way up the entrance ramp HHH began attacking The Miz and Truth. HHH continued his attack until two men were able to hold him back. This allowed the police to take The Miz and Truth away.

The following day The Miz and Truth released a YouTube video apologizing to the WWE Universe. In that video they also mentioned that they have filed a lawsuit against the WWE for Wrongful Termination. They have also filled Assault Chargers against HHH for attacking them while they were defenseless.
