Ok now onto the endurance challenge which was a condensed version of what was saw on the feeds. It did correctly portray most of the events and even shed some light on others as well. If you remember Julie left the houseguests swinging on seats while being slammed into a giant diploma. The first five to drop could pick a wrapped present in which one contained $5,000. Kevin was the first to drop, without much reason, while Lydia fell only a few minutes after. Kevin ended up getting the $5,000 right away while Lydia got a 42" plasma tv. Both were happy they won a prize and didn't really care about losing HoH.... but Jessie wasn't too happy with them being out. Jessie's group then fell like flies with Ronnie being knocked off thanks to the diploma and Natalie falling after she barfed during half of the challenge. Both received no gift in their selected boxes, angering them more and more that the weak players were rewarded for dropping out first.
The remaining five lasted a good while without anyone falling but Jordan was next and received the last prize of selecting three people as have nots for the week. More about this in a bit. Chima was battered the most out of the four by the diploma and literally flipped over it the one time. It was crazy to watch on the feeds and actually looked much more painful on there as well. She was next to fall, leaving Jeff, Michele and Russell left to battle it out. They didn't really show how hurt they were towards the end as Michele was shivering very badly, causing her to drop next. We didn't see her hanging off of the seat during the feeds so that was interesting, leaving Jeff and Russell. The two talked several times about who should drop and who should win it. Jeff wanted to do rock/paper/scissors to see who won, but Russell wouldn't do it. They made the deal about 3 hours in but still waited a bit to drop. They had been talking about it all night but neither budged until they were alone to talk. Jeff then dropped, giving Russell the HoH but only on the stipulation that Jeff and Jordan would be safe and Ronnie would go up.
Back inside and all warmed up Jordan had to pick her have-nots for the week. She chose out of a hat, taking out the brains as they had it for two weeks already. She ended up picking different people then they showed on the show as Kevin, Natalie and Jeff were originally picked. The others told her to pick someone else instead though so she repicked and out came Jessie's name. He wasn't happy about it and complained, which they showed little of, and Lydia almost took it for him. But he wouldn't let her do that and stayed on slop for the first time n two seasons. Its about time! With Russell in power everyone was talking to him and Jessie/Natalie tried to sway him right away. They wanted him to put up Lydia and Kevin for their rewards but Russell said he wouldn't do what they said.
Others then ended up in Russell's HoH room with Lydia being first. She revealed to him that Jessie and Natalie wanted others to nominate him in the past and Russell was a bit surprised. Lydia exited and Chima/Jessie/Natalie entered and first thing he told them was what Lydia said. Of course they all denied it and painted a bleak picture of Lydia. Seems the love triangle is over and Natalie has won the fight of Jessie. Jeff was next to discuss with Russell and the two agreed to work together. They felt nobody would expect it, as they fought in the past, and believed they would make a good team. It could be the case but we'll have to see. Last up in the room was Ronnie. He told Russell that he wouldn't put him up the week he was HoH when some told him too. That put more doubt in Russell's mind of Jessie/Natalie but in the end he stuck to his word and put up Ronnie. He put Lydia up with him as the two bashed him in the Splash room one day as he listened in. Although they are up the Coup D'etat is still up for grabs and of course veto could change everything. Its funny that Ronnie remotely thinks he'll get the HoH.... but I doubt he will. If he does I'll call rig and well, that won't change a thing but Ronnie winning would sure make some people wonder. Who do YOU want to see get the Coup D'etat? Leave a comment and discuss with fellow fans
