The Most Useless Cell Phone Accessories on the Market

Cell phones have become apart of almost every aspect of our lives. No matter how hard we try to cut the cord and distance ourselves from them, they are here to stay. Since, we can't escape them, then we might as well customize them. While doing some extensive searching for the best cell phone accessories available on the market, I started to encounter a collection of horrible ones. Some of these accessories should not even see the light of day.

Cell Phone Voice Changer- This gadget will let anyone change their voice and make tons of crank calls. Anyone that still has animosity towards an ex will love this device. Although some may think spending late nights drunk dialing your ex is the perfect way to get back at them, it is not. The Cell Phone Voice Changer can discreetly plug into the earphone jack of your cell phone. It consists of a microphone, earpiece, and the voice changer itself. You can switch between one of four altered voices. The battery that is included in the device can offer up to 30 hours of talk time.

CPC Strap (Ricca Style)- The CPC Strap can be worn around the arm or leg. Wearing it on the arm is not bad but to wear it Ricca Style, around the leg, is outrageous. I don't think an self respecting adult woman would ever want to be caught dead with this device buckled to her leg. Unless you have are a super spy that needs to conceal a cell phone in an awkward way, there is no plausible excuse for it. The CPC Strap features an adjustable and removable strap in order to provide a custom fit for almost any ankle. Looking at this device, it does not strike me as being hip or stylish in any way. If a user wants this accessory to look even more atrocious, they are able to add one of the five jewelry strap attachments that come with it. Run the other way if you ever see this in a store.

Pet Tree Mini Live Cactus- I understand that there are millions of plant lovers in the world, but this is taking it too far. This has got to be one of the silliest cell phone attachments that I have ever seen. For a small price, you are able to purchase a mini cactus that is enclosed in a glass jar with a loop, so that you can attach it to your cell phone. Why? In order to keep the cactus alive, a user must soak the entire jar in water for 30 minutes every 3 months. I can't justify a reason for purchasing this item. I just can't. Please, don't get me wrong. I love plants and have nothing against them, but I can't imagine adding this as a cell phone attachment.

Customizing a cell phone with thousands of trinkets and ringtones is a way to express your personality. Doing this is not a bad thing to do, but sometimes cell phone users can go overboard. Not everyone wants to hear a cell phone that produces farting noises or see one aggravatingly light up every second of the day. As a cell phone owner, choose wisely how you customize your treasured cell phone. You can definitely have fun with it but know when to say no.
