The Music
I hear the music,
the sound of the drone.
There are not any instruments.
There is only sound.
Voices raised together
in perfect harmony,
rise through the air.
It makes me feel like home.
I remember this sound
from another place.
My heart swells with knowing.
I remember that drone.
I remember the music,
this harmony of the tone.
Voices raised in union
It brings peace to my soul.
