The Musicians of MySpace: Jeremy Fox

My Space is the fastest growing phenomenon. People from all around the world sign up to mingle with old friends, make new ones and listen to music. To help make things easier in your search for artists that are new to you, upcoming or closet, I wanted to highlight some of the people I feel have something to be heard.

This week's musician of focus is Jeremy Fox, formerly of the band, "The Fox Project." A North Carolina native at heart and a Tennesse resident by profession, he brings to those interested in hearing, some new stanky' (which I was informed means kick ass) grooves influenced by bands like Dave Matthews, Bela Fleck, Sting, Edwin McCain, John Mayer and many, many more kick azz' musicians. Did I mention that this guy is very easy on the eyes?

His songs are unique and his music sparks your inner rhythm. When I heard "Clean River," I couldn't help but do some booty shakin' around the room, and I assure you that it's contagious. The beat keeps you moving.

If you like lyrics, make sure you "listen" to "Free Again" and "Out of My Heart." Actually, make sure you hear all of the tunes as they are all longing to be heard. All of the songs speak straight to that warm fleshy organ inside you and are screaming to be heard.
