According to nascarhall.com the tickets are $19.95 for adults, $17.95 for military/seniors and $12.95 for kids to gain admission. Click their Web link to get current pricing and other information such as directions to the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
The initial inductees into the NASCAR Hall of Fame were Dale Earnhardt, Junior Johnson, Bill France Jr. Bill France Sr. and Richard Petty. More on these men can be found at this link.
In addition to some nice exhibits at the NASCAR Hall of Fame there is a Buffalo Wild Wings and also a café. Of course you can browse through the souvenir shop to find something to show some support for your favorite driver.
I can't wait to check out the NASCAR simulators and the High Octane Theater. 18 historic cars can be seen at the "Glory Road" exhibit. "The Great Hall" in the NASCAR Hall of Fame has rotating exhibits and video highlights. The media will enjoy the broadcast studio and newsroom. The crosswalks leading up to the NASCAR Halls Of Fame are checkered which is a nice touch in my opinion.
The NASCAR Hall of Fame is a must see for race fans visiting the Queen City for a race, or even local races fans wanting to spend a day in Charlotte. So much racing history was made right here in North Carolina that there was really no where else to consider putting the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
And the best thing about a Hall of Fame is the addition of new members and exhibits each year. So it the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte won't be a visit once type of place. Race fans will come back year after year, probably during one of the race weeks in Charlotte. I know my son Adam will be demanding we go each year and I will be glad to take him.

This I have to see. I actually did a ride-along at the speedway. (They go faster than the drive-your-self.) The poor driver I had had quite a time stuffing me in through the window...
