The Natalee Holloway Case: Netherlands Forensic Institute Confirms Bone Fragment Found is that of Young Female

DNA Testing to Begin If Bone Belongs to Missing US Teen Natalee Holloway

Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf is confirming that the bone fragment found on a beach in Aruba near the Phoenix Hotel by American tourists has been confirmed that it is a human bone belonging to a young Caucasian female. Confirming early speculation that was reported yesterday.

Now the the bone has been confirmed as fitting a possible profile for missing American teenager Natalee Holloway, DNA testing can begin at the Netherlands Forensic Institute. It is unknown how long testing will take.

This news comes after footage was shown for the first time in the US of Natalee's mother Beth confronting the man who is believed to be the only one to know what happened to the girl five years ago. Footage aired on HLN's Nancy Grace shows Holloway's mother pleading with Dutch playboy Joran Van der Sloot for any information about the whereabouts of Natalee. In the video Joran being held in a Peruvian jail on the charge of murdering Stephany Flores earlier this year, uses the excuse of a severe gambling addiction as to his behavior over the last five years.

Van der Sloot refuses to tell Holloway's mother anything about her daughter in person, but requests her address so he may write to her and give her more details.

Can you imagine? Being face to face with the person allegedly responsible for the death of your daughter telling you he did it so he could play poker then refusing to tell you her whereabouts, and "he'll think about it" and write you?

Unbelievable.

Natalee Holloway hasn't been seen since security cameras caught her leaving an Aruban nightclub back in 2005 with Van der Sloot. He had been detained twice in her disappearance but released due to lack of corroborating evidence. He is still being held in a Peruvian jail on murder charges and faces Federal extortion charges in the US too.
