The fact that these changes are noticeable is a telling sign that the body is starting to slow down it's aging process. It is operating at a less effective rate. Most will not see this occurring, but it's the beginning stages of aging process being visible.
Your muscles are the first area that you will see problems related to illness and disease. This is because this is where most of those illnesses start. That's why when a person turns 35, no matter what activities they are performing, they feel the effects of aging throughout their body. You can limit age related problems and diseases by trying not to injure muscles and joints. You do this by staying away from excessive use of alcohol, drugs, tobacco and other detrimental habits. Also make sure you get regular medical checkups and notify your family doctor of any illnesses that are present in your families history.
As mentioned earlier, at the age of 35 our bodies start to deteriorate. But this isn't just limited to our muscles, our sense based organs also begin to diminish. This includes your eyes not being able to see objects that are up close, other wise known as being farsighted.
This explains why people over the age of 40 are often seen wearing glasses or contact lenses. Then you have to deal with hearing loss. Although not completely deaf, there are many individuals who are begin to see a drop in their hearing, with different sounds becoming either too harsh or just too loud.
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, then it's not a reason to be alarmed. These are just the natural progressions of aging coming to pass. It has been experienced by individuals before you and will probably be experienced by your kids and grandkids alike. Although there is no fountain of youth, the best way to limit the aging process is to take care of your body. Get checkups at your family physician at least twice yearly on a regular basis and eat the right foods while limiting damaging contents from entering your body.
