Buffalo Wings and Rings recently opened in the new shopping center in Chesterfield, MI; Waterside Marketplace. It is very similar to a Buffalo Wild Rings, but a smaller restaurant.

Menu
The menu at Buffalo Wings and Rings consists of appetizers, salads, wraps and sandwiches, burgers, and of coarse buffalo wings and boneless wings. There was also a variety of sauces to choose from and a varying degree of hotness at which you could get them. They serve cold Coke products as well as a full bar of beer, wine, and liquor.

Atmosphere
The bar area at Buffalo Wings and Rings had a basketball hoop game you could play. There were also flat screen TV's in there with sports games on them. The tall top tables had a roll of paper towel on them, positioned in a metal rack that held the roll in place through the middle of the cardboard roll (much like what'd you have on your counter in your kitchen at home). There was an Internet jukebox available to play. There was modern music playing as well. When we first walked in, we were seated by a hostess. Besides the bar area, which is the smoking section, Buffalo Wings and Rings has a restaurant area with booths and tables. The lights that are over the tables in the restaurant section are large metal buckets, turned upside down with the bottoms removed from them. The place was very clean and the tables were cleared within minutes of customers leaving.

Taste
I tried the boneless wings. I thought they were pretty good. The sauce was excellent as well. I liked the fact that any sauce you got, you could get an any degree of hotness. The amount of food I got for my money was first-class was well. The fries that came with the meal were more than I could eat, which is impressive, because I am a French fry monster!

Service
Our waitress was great. Since the business is new to the area, she gave us a little tid bit of information every time she came to the table. She told us about various specials they have during the week, when happy hour is, special ways you could order items on the menu, and things of that sort. The amount of time it took for our food to come out was a bit long though. We went there on our lunch hour for work and it took almost 30 minutes for us to get our food, which was all just fried, and they weren't busy. Other's I have know that have went there, said the amount of time for their food to arrive was longer than normal as well. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that since they are a newer business, maybe everyone is still adjusting to their new job.

Overall, I would say Buffalo Wings and Rings is great restaurant to check out. I would and will return again. I like the atmosphere and I think it'd be a fun place to go on the weekend for dinner or to watch the game. It seems like a younger crowd would hang out there, like 35 and younger, but I'm sure everyone would enjoy the food regardlessly.

I feel bad giving a bad review, but the service wasn't that great. the staff was nice, but slightly clueless. And for a place that has Wings and Rings in the name, both were sub-par. The boneless wings were dry with very little sauce drizzled on them. Everything we got from wings, onion rings, hamburger, tasted like it came from the freezer section.

I relish Buffalo Wings and enjoyed this review, too. Thanks!
