The NFL Playoffs and Me
Playoffs have sent the first teams home
The Saints and Colts have lost their footing
Maybe the best teams don't play in a dome
Today we have the EagIes and Packers
Ravens and Chiefs will light up the field
Who will join the Jets and Seahawks in victory
Or who will go home; their losing fates sealed?
Ah, the NFL season, It is winding down
Some losing coaches have already tumbled
Others waiting to see their fate
Will their careers continue or crumble?
I live and breathe the NFL
I write on stats, team perfomance and games
Each week, I watch every down
Each player I know - both their positions and names
Some say it is not a ladylike job
Some men do not like a woman in the huddle
They make comments or little sexist jokes
I get their point - they are not subtle
But they can laugh or feel superior
They can believe with sports they are king
But with my NFL site, I might know in advance
Who is going to the big dance to get that ring
