The Nightlife in Ruidoso, New Mexico

There have been numerous times that someone has asked me what there is to do in Ruidoso at night. Although Ruidoso is a sleepy town, there are a few places open for the night owls. Here is a guide to a few places for an enjoyable evening in Ruidoso.

The Quarters

Located at 2535 Sudderth Dr. in downtown Ruidoso, NM.
Quarters offers live music almost every night, with a DJ on board to fulfill any requests. Karaoke on Monday and Tuesdays. Blues on Sunday afternoons. Full screen TV for you sport fans. Beer, wine, and mixed drinks are available. There is a dance floor for those dancing fools, and pool tables for you sharks. There is a full lunch and dinner menu, including great steaks and burgers. Win, Place, and Show

Located at 2516 Sudderth Dr. in downtown Ruidoso, NM.
Live country music most nights. Come support the local bands. Put on your cowboy boots and get ready for some two stepping, waltzing, and the Cotton-Eyed-Joe. Beer, wine, mixed drinks available. Farley's Food and Pub

Located at 1200 Mechem Dr. in Ruidoso, NM.
A casual place with great food, featuring their signature wood-fired pizza. Great for kids and adults alike. Big groups welcome. Bar for those with a thirst, and pool tables. Wheelchair accessible. Spencer Theater for the Performing Arts

Located off Mechem/Rt. 48 on Airport Hwy 220 in Alto, NM.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of this extraordinary structure. Hosts Broadway shows, dances, and musicals every 11 days, year-round, during seperate summer and winter seasons. Billy the Kid Horsetrack and Casino

Located at 1461 Hwy 70 W in Ruidoso Downs, NM.
