Ingredients

Serves 10
1 Box German Chocolate cake mix (I like Betty Crocker but any will do)
1 Can Sweetened condensed milk
1 Jar Caramel topping
1 Tub Cool Whip
1 Package Heath Bar Toffee Bits (Where the baked goods are close to the chocolate chips (or crush 4 Heath Bars))

Directions for The Obscene Cake!

1
Prepare cake per directions in a regular sheet pan.
2
While still warm, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes in the cake. Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk over the cake and let it soak in good. Cool slightly.
3
Pour jar of caramel sauce over the cake and finish cooling in the fridge.
4
Mix half of Heath Bar bits with Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle the remaining toffee bits over the top.
5
Let cake sit for a few hours (or overnight is best) and serve.
