The October Surprise-Voter Fraud Used to Supress Votes

To refresh memories, the 2000 election hinged on Florida. The whole country had voted and it was clear it was close. Then enters Volusia County , Florida where in a matter of minutes, Al Gore's lead of over George by 16,000 votes, disappeared from the Diebold voting machines computer chip. Faulty Chip? The reason has been covered up or explained away since it happened. The GOP took the White House from the Democrats. Al Gore, even after suing, just faded into the sunset.

2004 Elections brought another GOP situation with the Bush-Kerry campaign. On Election Night when it looked as though John Kerry would be moving ahead of George Bush in the polls of millions of voters, Ohio in the final tallies gave Bush the Win. Kerry quickly gave his concession speech and Bush went to the White House again. It had been alleged that there were thousands of fraud cases involving that election.

After the 2004 election, Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez gave a big speech about eliminating voter fraud.

According to "In These Times.com, On Oct. 4, 2005, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, with great fanfare, proclaimed, "We've made enforcement of election fraud and corrupting offenses a top priority." Across the country U.S. Attorneys were told to investigate this alleged fraud.

Yet according to an April 12, 2007, New York Times article, only 120 people have been charged with the crime over the past five years, leading to 86 convictions. Furthermore, the Times noted, federal attorneys say that most of the transgressions have been mistakes by immigrants and felons who simply misunderstood eligibility requirements.

According to "In These Times", When Republicans talk about voter fraud they are referring to illegal voting by individuals, as opposed to "vote fraud"-systematic attempts to steal an election by an organized group of partisans. This emphasis on voter fraud has convinced eight states to pass laws requiring voters to present official photo identification in order to cast a ballot-laws that studies have shown suppress Democratic turnout among voters who are poor, black, Latino, Asian-American or disabled.

All 50 states require a form of ID for new voters and ID verification processes for registered voters. As we noted last year, the mass firing of several U.S. Attorneys,have now proven to be directly related to them not doing what they were told and for not making it a bigger deal than it was.The Bush Administration fired the U.S. Attorneys who came out with findings contrary to what they wanted. In those positions were placed friends and colleagues of the Bush/Cheney Clan. Those are the Attorneys that are investigating the supposed ACORN situation in this 2008 election.

The GOP's instructions were to bring to justice the Election Process by prosecuting as many of those people as it could, that perpetrated this fraud. The U.S. Attorneys only prosecuted the 120 people it stated above. Karl Rove's perceived plan now has been exposed to reveal the purposeful use of the US Attorneys to scare people into not voting. Requiring ID's and vast investigations into people, was meant to push down the people who were not prepared to endure an investigation into their lives, or didn't have the money or the transportation to go and get an ID.

This wasn't good enough. The U.S. Attorneys were coming out with different findings than the GOP wanted. They were finding that people all across these areas were being denied the right to vote for many unfounded reasons. Provisional votes, which are usually counted after proper verification of ID is done were not counted in many places. Votes were suppressed in the millions.

The Republicans won again in the 2004 elections.

Now in this all important election, the Republicans have gone from "Not Ready To Lead", to "Palling Around With Terrorists" and now we have "ACORN". The "ROBO" Caller is still calling millions of people saying Barack Palls around with terrorists! The Perfect Storm for Republicans. They jumped right on top of the issue and have begun once again to "SUPRESS" VOTES. The Justice Dept, which under George Bush is rigged to begin with, is doing the investigation. The FBI is involved and millions of voter registrations are coming into question, this close to the election.

ACORN's procedure for registering is to obtain the registration to vote and then go through "every single one" to check for accuracy. Any discrepancies are tagged and forwarded to the State Elections Board for review and verification. If any fraud is found, it is investigated. NOT ONE registration goes unchecked. And as in the above stated ID requirements, If you cannot provide the information that is filled out on your voters registration card on Election Day, YOU CANNOT VOTE. If you cannot provide ID at the time of voting, your vote is not counted. It is labeled as Provisional. If you do not provide the required ID within a couple of days, your vote is destroyed.

Because there are fail safe procedures in place, there cannot be any "voter fraud". The GOP is at it again. Barack Obama has requested that their be an investigation by the same Special Prosecutor who is looking into the wrongful firing of the U.S. Attorneys. The handling of this and other situations by the Justice Dept are reminiscent of countries whose government has guards and soldiers harrassing people so they don't vote for the opposition.

This "so-called" FBI investigation into ACORN is that scenario happening here in the United States of America, NOT a foreign country. They are using their power and supposed quest for justice to once again win the White House. It doesn't matter that it appears by both popular vote and by all other reporting accounts, except of course FOX News, that Barack Obama will win on Nov. 4. Yet, the GOP is working tirelessly to stop that.

They are using things like a foreclosure or change of address to try and disqualify people from voting. The ACORN attack was a ploy to eliminate as many Democrats or potential Obama supporting Independents from being able to vote. In the 2004 election, people got fake letters telling them they were ineligible to vote. Now through MASS ELIMINATION, they are telling people they can't vote.

People don't have a clue until they show up for the early voting process, at which time, whomever they were going to vote for, loses a vote.

America there is something very wrong with this picture. Can the GOP be allowed to continue ruling this country? Are you a voter who is determined to see a change in this country?

John McCain and Sarah Palin are right in the middle of this. George can't bring himself to wholeheartedly support McCain, but he will help maneuver him in office just so the Republicans get one more in the win column.

No matter that John McCain couldn't direct a yard sale without getting mad and talking trash, if America stands by again, he will win.

Politics have always been dirty. Usually at the expense of the average American. This year if we let politics as usual just happen, it will be that way once more.

This is wrong what they are doing. This needs to be investigated by someone who is not being puppeted by the Republican Elite.

You know they say Sodom and Gomorrah fell not just because of the moral factor, but because of the evil and abuse that existed and because of the greed and lack of concern for the needy. That is America today. When we let certain people RULE and they don't follow the same laws we have to, we are on a downhill slide straight to destruction. We have been greedy and we have let the needy suffer. Is this America's Sodom and Gomorrah?

McCain is hoping that so many people will be disqualified who are voting for Obama, that he will win by default. Intimidation only works when you let it work.

America is still a Democracy. You have to stand up and tell them though. Call your Senator and Congressman to support Obama's demand for a Special Prosecutor assignment on this ACORN thing.

Get out and vote this year. Check your qualifications before you go to the polls. America is in crisis and if we don't stand up this time, we may not get another chance. The Republicans have run America in the ground. Get out and Vote. The GOP WILL CHEAT TO WIN!!!!!

The GOP is out to win this thing for John McCain at the cost of America. Don't let that happen.....VOTE....VOTE....VOTE....CALL YOUR ELECTION OFFICE...CONFIRM YOUR VOTER'S REGISTRATION TODAY............................
