The New Olsenboye Fashion Line for Juniors from MaryKate and Ashley Olsen - Exclusive for JC Pennys

I have some Marykateandashley pieces from Walmart, both clothing and jewelry. I like the look of some of their designs. I've had a lot of fun wearing them. In fact that's one of the themes with some of their lines, that it's a fun, easy to wear, light hearted sort of style.

Their newest project is carried exclusively at JC Pennys under the Olsenboye label. This article covers the entire offering. All the items are being offered at a 50% or more discount at the moment. But I'm listing them at their non-discounted prices.

This collection includes several styles of tops, a jacket, a hoodie, leggings, tunics and one style of shoe. All items are washable unless otherwise noted:

Flannel shirts, $50:

Their distressed flannel shirt has a distressed logo appliqué on the back with a spread collar and button front. This shirt has a chest pocket with a peace sign on it. Layer it over a tee and jeans, and if the weather is cool top it with a hoodie. It comes in Navy and turquoise plaid in sizes s-xl. It comes in cotton.

Knit Blazer, $50:

This blazer has a new twist with a hooded style that brings a totally different appearance to the layered look. It has a notched collar with lapels and removable peace sign pins and a removable hood with a button front with side flap pockets. Layer this over a tee and jeans or a jean skirt. This jacket is cotton/polyester/spandex and comes in sizes s-xl with colors in black and charcoal.

Stretch Denim Legging, $44:

This is how to have your denim and leggings at the same time with five-pocket style and a button/zip fly. Pair these with a tunic or a long tee. They're cotton/polyester/spandex and come in sizes s-xl and in colors black and dark wash.

Boxy Screen Tee, $26:

This boxy screen tee has a loose slouchy style with a metallic screen-print front, scoop neck and short sleeves. This would look good with jeans or leggings. It's cotton and comes in sizes s-xl with colors in charcoal, navy, turquoise and white.

Button-Back Tunic, $30:

This top has a back detail with a button-back styling that can be paired with leggings or jeans. The tunic has a peace sign logo on the front pocket, a scoop neck, short sleeves with dropped seams and a button back design. It's cotton and comes in sizes s-xl with colors black, navy, red and white.

Screened Hoodie, $44:

This hoodie has a peace sign screen-printed back and a removable peace sign pin on the zip front which also has front kangaroo pockets. It has long sleeves with banded cuffs. The waist is also banded. This would make a great cover for any casual outfit or occasion. This garment is Cotton/polyester and comes in sizes s-xl and colors grey, navy, red and turquoise.

Twisted Neck Babydoll, $26:

This is not quite a classic babydoll since it has twisted round neckline. It also has an empire waist and long sleeves. It would look cute over a pair of jeans. It's polyester/rayon and needs to be dried flat. It comes in sizes s-xl with colors black, red and turquoise.

Fleece 2fer, $36:

The 2fer is and embellished fleece with a bateau neckline and ribbed V'd detail. It has peace sign designed thermal long sleeves with removable peace sign pins on left chest. It's cotton/polyester and comes in sizes s-xl with colors grey peace, grey stripe, navy peace and red stripe. This is one of my two favorite pieces. I'd wear it over jeans or denim leggings and top with a hoodie in cool weather.

Printed V-Neck Thermal, $26:

Thermal redone with front seam-work, lace trimmed neckline and cute prints. This top has a lace-trimmed V neck, front and back with a seamed front long sleeves and a curved hem. It is cotton/polyester and comes in sizes s-xl and color choices of red peace, red stripe, turquoise stripe and white peace. This is my other favorite which I'd wear over a pair of jeans and if the weather is chilly, top it with a hoodie.

'Sofia' Ruffled Platform T-Strap, $60:

The ruffles run up the length of the T-strap platform heel. It is made of faux suede has an open toe, a 4" heel and a 4/5" platform sole with an adjustable ankle strap buckle. It comes in sizes 6.5-11 and in colors black, blue, magenta, pewter and red. The website has these paired with the denim leggings.
