The Oops Moment for Rick Perry and His Comeback on the Late Show with David Letterman
The Top Ten Rick Perry Excuses
Do you remember the Oops moment for Rick Perry the other night in the debate? Rick Perry forgets what he is saying. He is talking about eliminating three parts of government, Perry says commerce, education and what's the third one. It looked like Rick Perry needed to borrow President Obama's teleprompter so he would stop embarrassing himself in public
Rick Perry decided to do a sting on The Late Show With David Letterman. Here is what he said, thanks to the teleprompter cards he was allowed to hold. "David Letterman says it's 61 and foggy like Rick Perry in New York City. David Letterman says it's nice to see somebody running for President who is just groping for words.
Phrases to Avoid if you're Herman Caine "Put stuff in the caboose"
And what we have all been waiting for The Top Ten Rick Perry Excuses
10- The Nerves, The Headache and Um…Uh…Oops
9- I don't know what you're talking about, I think things went well
8- I was up late last night watching "Dancing With the Stars"
7- I thought the debate was tonight
6- You try concentrating with Mitt Romney smiling at you, that is one handsome dude
5- Uh, El Nino?
4- I had a five-hour energy drink six hours before the debate
3- I really hoped it would get me on my favorite talk show, but instead, I ended up here
2- I wanted to help take the heat off of my buddy Herman Caine
1-I just learned Justin Bieber is my father" (all of this came from The Late Show With David Letterman)

I hate to say it, but this is the best I have seen Rick Perry. If he doesn't make it in politics (other than governor of Texas) he could become a comedian as long as he takes his handy teleprompter with him. Rick Perry has had a bunch of Oops moments since the campaign began. We can all see the man is a normal person who makes mistakes.
The problem with Rick Perry is he would not fare well in a debate with President Obama. He seems to get nervous and forget what he is thinking. The debate would be funny because President Obama would say his usual um…uhs and Rick Perry would counter with his um…uhs. Could you imagine if they both used their own teleprompter and each man read the wrong thing? I could see it happen.
Everybody is making fun of Presidential candidate Rick Perry for his Oops moment during the debate. He made fun of himself on The Late Show With David Letterman. I actually enjoyed watching the man swallow his pride and show the entire world (on national television) that he made a mistake. Good for you Rick Perry, regardless of your Oops moment.
