The Optimal Diet

Tussy
Eat whole grain bread and cereals,
for vitamins, fibers and minerals.
Enjoy a variety of fresh fruits each day.
Have vegies, the dark-green and leafy,
also the yellow ones high in Vitamin A.
Avoid nuts or just eat sparingly,
these are high in minerals but are fatty.
Consume various beans and peas,
so your bowel move with ease.
Drink water, at least eight glasses,
for cleansing and hydration purposes.
Remember: A diet high in animal product,
can cause diseases, that's a fact!
