Taste of
The Original Super Donut
This donut has a lot of nutritional value, but the reason why it's served in so many schools is because of the taste. They are basically thick, plain donuts but there's something about the dough that gives it a chewy and slightly salty taste that I like.
And even though the Super Donuts are really thick and firm they are very greasy, like a honey bun, especially when they're warmed, so they never taste dry. The moist texture is great, but I think it's a bit too oily because the grease can take over the rest of the flavors.
In the End...
I wouldn't eat the Original Super Donut as a breakfast anymore, even though they aren't super sweet, they don't contain any fiber so they aren't filling at all. However it makes for a decent snack occasionally. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.A
