Opinion
Before buying the Sweet Cinnamon Sprinkle, the extent of my cinnamon consumption was limited to a cinnamon roll every once in a while. I've generally had the spice mix on vanilla ice cream and buttered toast every few days after buying it. The cinnamon flavor adds significantly to both. I don't think I'll be replacing chocolate with cinnamon soon, but it can be a useful addition to some foods.

The label suggests using it on foods like breads or pies before baking, which I haven't had the opportunity to do. I'm not sure whether the cinnamon flavor is retained well after baking.

As a warning, this spice mix does not contain any preservatives or salt. It must be stored in a cool, dry place. I believe when I purchased it, the consultant said it should keep fresh for at least one year if stored correctly.
