Is this a Diet?
There is no official word about what Paris Hilton eats. She has mentioned many times that she eats what she wants and in fact we have heard her saying that she eats a lot at McDonald's. Most probably Paris Hilton does not need a diet to keep her slender figure. Eating at McDonald's and Taco Bells, as she has said, hardly classifies as a Paris Hilton Diet.
Workout sessions?
Paris Hilton has said in one of her interviews that she used Pilate's to stay in shape during her jail time. Also, Paris Hilton have been seen going to Mari Winsor's Pilate's in Los Angeles so she probably has Pilate's as one of her main workout strategies to keep in shape.
Again, there is no official word of Paris Hilton workouts to lose weight but on some occasion her trainer Teddy Bass has detailed at least one of her workout routines.
Abs workout routine:
*Start by lying on your back (on a flat surface),
*then, bend your knees so they are pointing up, while keeping both feet flat
*Place your hands behind your head with your elbows pointed out.
*Now, lift your left foot off the ground and cross it over your right leg.
*Lift your shoulders off the ground, similar to doing a situp, bring your left elbow toward your right knee.
*Lower yourself back to starting position and alternate feet and movement.
There is no much official information on Paris Hilton way to stay fit. All we can do is guess from her myriad of interviews and news what she does to stay in shape. This article is an attempt to decipher what Paris Hilton does to stay fit.
