The fact that the pasts civilizations had many gods remains. But who where these gods, and why did some of them visit earth, in weird flying vehicles? Archaeologists have, besides from that, found wall paintings of weird creatures with space-suits? All these question remains, and there's many more.
"Even though we not yet know, who these strange intelligent creatures where, and from which far away star they came from, we still claim, that these "strangers" destroyed a part of the then existing humanity and breeded a new human specie, maybe the first representatives of homosapiens." - a quote from "Chariots of the Gods"
The, now dead, biochemist S. Miller also calculated that on some of the approximately 100 million planets that's ideal for life like ours, the life and living-terms may have advanced much quicker than ours.
And besides from that, it is possible for many lifeforms to live in places that is highly toxic to us! If there's really aliens out there, they will probably see our life-terms as deadly. Oxygen is actually poisonous, but we have become immune to it.
That makes you think, right? Well, if you don't mind, I'll go on to the fun part. The fun part
There's many old cultures who have gods which came down from the sky. In the book "Chariots of the gods", Erich von Däniken also explains one of his main reasons that he believe that these gods were aliens. His argument concludes that if we took a giant spaceship out in space, on a long journey to a far away star and searched for a planet with the same terms as ours, and that there was population down there that was way beyond our technologies and very primitive, they would probably think us as gods. It's almost the same if you can find some Indians in Amazonas. If they've never seen what we are able to do, they will most likely think us as gods. Think about it! We can fly with a freaking backpack! Try to imagine what we could do when we start that spaceship.
Now, the fun part is that a lot of findings have been made, with stuff that doesn't fit in at all in the surroundings. Besides from the many tools that goes way back, (Like 40.000 BC, of course the people could just be clever, but it is strange.) there have also been found a partial belt of aluminium from a tomb in China, ornaments of platinum in Peru, wallpaintings with precise locations of the stars position as it was 10000 years ago, radioactive aluminum-isotopes and perhaps the most significant find ever made; the Antikythira device along with other stuff that today we need big factories to make. The Antikythira device shows the locations of the stars and planets all year around, and consists of wheels and cogs.
All these are just some of many findings that have been made, which doesn't fit in. All these things can really get your imagination on the loose, right?
What I'm trying to point out, is that some civilizations were way ahead of schedule. Some of them even had great medical knowledge. Now, can you explain to me why the oldest libraries in the world is secret? To hide the secret of the "gods from heaven" that came down? Think about it. It's just as unlikely as the religions we practise everyday. Now, I, myself is an atheist. This has nothing do with the alien conspiracy I'm writing down now, rather more that I find religions impossible to be true. In that matter, I find all these statements far more possible.
On a lot of wallpaintings around the world, weird people and unidentified animals have been made. Some of them were wearing weird helmets and suits. (!)
In the bible there's spoken about "godsons", which took the human females as wives. This leads to another conclusion, which goes again and again in other religions
These godsons are later spoken about as giants. Giants are spoken about in almost all religion at some point. Maybe humans are descendants of these creatures?
The bible also holds descriptions of things that easily can be flying vehicles. Smoke around it, fire and a loud noise. In the book that I mainly use as source - Chariots of the gods, Erich von Däniken also states, that he means that Noah's Ark was electrically charged. He means, that if we build the ark today, we will get an electric power of several 100 volts! The person, Ussa, died in the bible, because he touched the ark. Now, as the Flood is actually a fact (it happened in several civilizations), this ark may have worked to spread the electricity by water.
Now, Noah's Flood could actually be real. Many cultures states that a giant flood destroyed everything, and they all have one common reason why: The God(s) were punishing the humans.
Thank you. Now, before I end, I would like to state something myself:
I am still unsure wether I believe this or not, as Erich already has admitted that some of the artifacts in the book was man made. Now, his book still touched me in a way, that I had to write this article. Please, I do not want to start a discussion whether the statements in this article is true or false, because: I seriously don't know. If you read this, and didn't believe a single dime, you can simply laugh at the people who believed all of it. Whether you hate me now, or you think this is a genius article, I hope you enjoyed my it. And to be honest, 98% of this article is based on Chariots of the Gods. But I also got some other stuff and squeezed in.
And yes, I know that his book wasn't approved my the most scientists, but I still find his statements interesting. And besides from that, this book is old - from 1968. But still extremely fun to read.
