What Do You Eat When You Go on the Peanut Butter Diet?
The main thing that you are probably wondering is what you could possibly eat when you decide to go on the peanut butter diet. Of course, peanut butter is not going to be the only food that you will eat when you go on this diet. Not only would this be extremely ridiculous, but you would also probably end up feeling very hungry when the day is over. There are several variations of this diet, but in every form of this diet, you need to do is eat two tablespoons of peanut butter. Some variations of this diet recommend that you eat the peanut butter during the beginning of the day, while others recommend that you eat these two tablespoons of peanut butter throughout the day. There are also variations which enforce you to limit your calorie intake to 1,5000 calories for women and 2,200 calories for men. No matter what form of the diet you go on, the main key is to add two tablespoons of peanut butter to your daily diet.
Why is the Peanut Butter Diet Believed to Work So Well?
There is one main reason that the peanut butter diet is believed to work so well. This is because peanut butter is known to work as an appetite suppressant. Peanut butter is known to contain the "good type of fat," which is known to keep the heart healthy. This fat is often held accountable for the appetite suppressing properties of peanut butter. The basic concept of the peanut butter diet is that you will be able to naturally reduce the amount of food, and ultimately the amount of calories that you eat, each day by adding peanut butter to your diet. Since peanut butter works as an appetite suppressant, you will be able to feel full enough to want to eat anything else on your own. This is why many find the idea of counting and limiting calories while you are on the peanut butter diet to be a bit ridiculous, but at the same time, it is a good idea to know what type of progress you are making calorie-wise.
Is it Possible to Lose Weight With the Peanut Butter Diet?
Anything is possible. If you enjoy peanut butter, then you definitely may want to try out the peanut butter diet. Adding it to your diet in a healthy way may help you reduce your daily calorie intake. Some great suggestions are eating peanut butter with celery, apple slices or a whole grain English muffin. This diet is not really what one would consider a fad diet, it is just a matter of adding peanut butter to your diet. If you want to stop at any time, you will have a very easy time and you will probably not notice any significant changes. The most important thing is to remember that you shouldn't go over the two tablespoons of peanut butter a day. While you may enjoy peanut butter, it is only healthy for you when it is eaten in moderation.
