Located right on Las Vegas Boulevard, next to the Riviera Hotel and Casino and across from the Circus Circus, is the Peppermill. From the outside, it may not look to be as fun and exciting as what is contained within those walls. Step inside for a unique dining experience.
The décor is immediately noticed once you enter the restaurant; dark rich colors with overstuffed booth seating, neon lighting, colorful foliage. It looks quite inviting. The Peppermill is a busy place so a short wait may be required.
The Peppermill Fireside Lounge is provided for those short waits for a booth or table. Inside the lounge numerous wide format plasma screened televisions are hung throughout the facility so you can be sure to catch the big game's latest score.
You can begin to enjoy your choice of drinks in The Lounge while you wait for your table in the restaurant. You can also lounge near one of the romantic flaming pools.
The Peppermill Fireside Lounge has been voted as one of the "places to see" by Casino Magazine and Las Vegas Magazine gives them the Best Cocktail Waitress' award. Also worth noting is that this lounge has been featured on television in "CSI Las Vegas" and "Elimidate" as well as on the big screen in "Casino" and "Showgirls".
Once seating in the restaurant you can begin to take in the atmosphere of the place and see why it has been voted as the Best of Las Vegas for several years in a row. Special services offered are space for wedding receptions, company parties, private parties, special occasions and formal dinners.
The Peppermill is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week so it's perfect for those late night Vegas partiers. A large parking lot is on site that is also free, which can be a difficult thing to find in Las Vegas.
The menu has a little of something for everyone. You can find anything from Nachos to crab cakes or a classic cobb salad to a porterhouse steak. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other similar places in the area. Expect to pay between $15 and $20 per person depending on the meal choice, with some exceptions.
Don't forget to try the Clubhouse sandwich meal. It's a triple-decker club with loads of bacon, turkey, tomato and lettuce and a side French fries, onion rings, potato salad or cup of fruit. If you like, you can also order from the breakfast menu 24 hours a day!
The Peppermill has good food at good prices and with the atmosphere that it has, it just screams, "Las Vegas!"
