You Are What You Think and What You Eat!

The Perfect 10 Diet is different from every other diet out there, because it balances hormones in the body and helps you to lose weight by making the metabolism move faster and provides it with necessary support. I was given the opportunity to read this wonderful book by Michael Aziz, M.D. called the Perfect 10 diet and I am so glad that I was able to read it, because the book provides such valuable information on how to lose weight and keep it off. If you want to speed up your metabolism and lose a few pounds or more, then I recommend reading The Perfect 10 Diet.

It is an amazing diet that enables the body's 10 fundamental hormones to operate efficiently to help you look healthy outwardly and feel healthy internally. Within the pages of this book, you will find many foods that are good for you and that you can enjoy eating while the weight flies off of your body. Everyone needs to consume more fruits and vegetables. Many people need to lose weight and perhaps you have tried to lose weight, but failed in the attempt. By following the recommendations and shopping tips in the Perfect 10 Diet, along with exercise, consistency, determination, you can lose the weight and keep it off.

The only thing that I do not condone or agree with is the eating of shellfish and shrimp, which is recommended in the book. Shellfish and shrimp are usually found at the bottom of the ocean and are considered to be scavengers. Besides my disapproval of the eating of shellfish and shrimp, I think that the book contains essential revelations on nutrition, is very insightful, and if you apply the principles therein, you could lose up to 14 pounds in as little as 21 days. The recipes in this book are fantastic. If you want to lose weight safely, quickly, and keep it off, then I highly recommend The Perfect 10 Diet. I believe that you won't be disappointed!

Good article. I love shrimp. But, I would want to know where they came from (given the BP oil leak) before I ate them.
