Tip
I prefer Frank's Red Hot Sauce, it has a great kick and taste. For cheese, I prefer the Cabot's 50% Fat Free Sharp White Cheddar; it melts great and tastes great. Cheese made with 2% milk will work well also.I typically serve the dip with baked tortilla or low fat tortilla chips. I have even been known to bake my own tortilla chips to help conserve calories and fat intake. You can also serve with fresh veggies including celery and broccoli. My wife likes to make wheat pizza crust and bake a Buffalo Wing Chicken Pizza using the dip as the pizza topping. Lastly, the dip can be served in a whole-wheat bun for a low fat Buffalo Wing Hoagie.
