What you'll need:
Triple blade razors
Triple blades or even four blade razors are the best for shaving your legs. You can purchase these at the dollar store for dollars less than the name brand razors that are marketed to women. Men's razors are the best and really are better for reducing nicks and bumps. Always use a new razor each time you shave your legs. You'll get the best results, less cuts, and smoother legs.
Lotion instead of shaving cream
Instead of shaving cream, use lotion. Lotion softens the skin and the hair follicle and makes shaving so much easier. Use a thick lotion, not a cheap off-brand type.
Preparing your legs for shaving
It's best to shave your legs at the end of your shower or bath. The moisture and heat will open up your pores and soften your hair follicles. Spread the lotion up your leg from your ankle to your knee in a thin layer.
How to shave your legs
Press the razor gently at the bottom of your leg and shave upward in short strokes. Rinse the razor vigorously in the water to remove the lotion and hair after each stroke. Repeat this for the entire part of the lower leg.
How to shave your knees
Spread the lotion on your knee and on the back of your leg. Next, straighten your leg and gently shave upward in short strokes. While your leg is straight, shave the skin on the back of your leg. Reapply lotion to your knee and bend your knee. Gently shave the area again paying attention to any spots you may have missed. The knees are the hardest area to shave. Be careful as it's easy to cut yourself here.
Shaving your thighs
This part is easy. Apply your lotion to your thighs and shave in short upward strokes. Remember to rinse your razor after each stroke.
Finishing up
After you've shaven, rinse your legs with warm water to remove the used lotion and pat dry with a towel. Reapply lotion to your sexy smooth legs and allow time for it to soak in before putting on your clothes.
