We were a family of three mothers.
Grand-Mom passed on and then we
were two.
Grand-Mom passed on and then we
were two.
We were a family of two mothers
Mom passed on and then I
was one.
I hold the line this Mother's Day.
Top Mom, only Mom.
I am still one.
I hold it all on my shoulders this year.
The memories, the traditions, the values.
I hold a pot of three flowers.
A flower for Grand-Mom.
A flower for my Mother.
The third flower is for the Mother that I hope to be.
