The Power of Daydreaming

Using the Law of Attraction with Simple Daydreaming

Deanna Reynolds
There are so many activities that were once a part of our daily lives as children that we've chosen not to incorporate into our daily lives. This is confusing to me.

As a child, the things we do are instinctual and driven by intuition. Why we would leave those traits behind in favor of something else is simply beyond me. One example is daydreaming.

Daydreaming is a powerful tool in aligning the Universe to bring your desires into your life. And, it's so incredibly simple. The trick to daydreaming successfully is two-fold.

First, begin and end every daydream with gratitude for the things that are already in your life. Second, pepper your daydreams with visions of you engaged in your goals.

For instance, let's look at someone who may have a desire to bring more money into their life. In this case, as they daydream, they would seem themselves:

* Sitting at their desk with enough work to cover all of their working hours during the day
* Answering the phone and welcoming a new client to their business or thanking their boss for a much-deserved raise
* Going to bank to cash the checks that flood their mailbox every day
* Smiling as they work because they know that they will always have more than enough money to fulfill their wants, needs and desires

Then, like bookends, begin every daydream with a list of things you are grateful for today and finish every daydream with sincere gratitude to the Universe for already delivering all of things you saw while you were daydreaming.

This last one is a big one. Over the next days and weeks, you'll want to act "as if" your daydreams are not dreams at all, but instead, they are your everyday reality.

Daydreaming works best if done twice a day. Do it in the morning while you're brushing your teeth or taking a shower and do in the evening just before you fall asleep.
