Many people are extremely negative on a daily basis and it truly destroys anything they are trying to accomplish. Staying positive produces powerful thoughts and will have you being productive every single day. If you think positive thoughts you will attract more powerful thoughts to yourself. If you think negative thoughts you will attract more negative thoughts to yourself.
Mental imagery is an extremely helpful tool in helping you to believe you can reach your goals. Mental imagery is a process in which you imagine that you have already reached the goal you are trying to achieve. It involves imagining how you are going to feel when you reach that goal. Let's go through an example of this process right now.
Imagine yourself completely relaxed sitting in your favorite place. Now think about the goal that you want to achieve. Put yourself wherever that is whether that be in a stadium, a concert hall, or even in a hospital. Now really focus and put yourself in a position where you can take in all the feeling and emotion that you would feel if you had already reached that goal. Take in the smells, the sounds, and try and feel just as you would if you had already reached that goal. You will find that this process will help you feel more positive about difficult goals that you are trying to achieve.
