Some Pros of Zoom Panel are: They send anywhere from 3 to 15 surveys a week. Points can add up quickly if you meet the needs of the survey in question.
Zoom Panel sometimes does product testing. Product testing is always very nice as it's free things you don't have to pay for. Not all products are necessarily new on the market, but may be new to you.
Zoom Panel hasn't been sold off, or twisted into any other company. They aren't a part of Greenfield, Pinecone, or OTX. Therefore, you won't be in the middle of a survey to be told you don't qualify.
Some Cons of Zoom Panel are: Some ISP's and email programs block Zoom Panel surveys. You need to enter survey@zoompanel.com in your address book or accepted mailing white list.
Zoom Panel doesn't pay cash, they pay you in points. Points you must redeem for things such as a flash drive, DVD's, Purses, Wallets and the like. The point value in the redemptions of Zoom Points isn't really worth it. A few examples of this are: 1GB USB 2.0 Data Traveler is 2,000 points. That's a mere $15.00 at Big Lots. It would take about 6 months to earn 2,000 points. Is $15.99 worth 6 months of surveys? Not to me. I'm much rather have a gift card, and sadly unlike HiPoints, Zoom Panel doesn't offer gift cards.
It's hard to go through Zoom Panel's redemption catalog because it only loads a limited about at a time, and you can't right click and open in another window. The 2,000 redemption catalog for example as 278 pages. YAWN! I have more to do with my time then hunt something useful from a catalog that sucks.
On a scale of 1 - 10 I rate Zoom Panel a 5.
