Leadership entails much hard work to achieve your goals similar to solving a puzzle. At first, eagerness and enthusiasm are the primary source of unraveling conundrum. You're confident enough that you can do it by yourself thus you do it single-handedly. Indeed working alone is good, but most probably you'll feel tired and exhausted and realize that you need people who will be helping you to solve the puzzle. Undoubtedly, there will be people who are ready to help you in solving the riddle. This will surely bring you inspiration to continue solving the puzzle. "Leadership is not a solitary task, but a collaborative job". However, through the process of solving the puzzle, there will always be people who will be in contrast with what you are doing and will critique your moves; that might stop you from solving the puzzle. Definitely, you'll be disappointed because of the notion that you are doing the right thing! But somehow, realization will stress the fact that they are right. They challenge you to do and be better in order to solve the puzzle easier.

At the point in time, you become a better puzzle solver and an expert, faster and better in doing the job. But solving the puzzle for a day is really laborious! Hang out with friends and do recreational activities with your family. All of these are good, but then again, you should always remember your goal - to solve the puzzle. And while doing it, see to it that you work well with the people who are helping you! KEEP INSPIRED - be focused and determined.
