The internet has become an invaluable resource for finding fame, and no one knows that better than the self-proclaimed Queen of Myspace, Jeffree Star.

Star's reign of success began years ago when he started networking with big-time Hollywood celebrities, which helped push him into the pink-stained limelight.

"The funny thing is, I didn't ever come up to them. They came up to me, saying 'Wow, you look hot. Do my makeup.' Suddenly, I was doing makeup for $1000 a day, then going to high school in the morning."

Following closely to his fame as a makeup artist came his music.

"The first songs I did were more rap-dance like. In the beginning, I just made music for fun and to test the waters.... Then as a year went by, all of a sudden I had 16 million listens to my music on the internet."

Though Star's most recent Myspace releases maintain a similar electro-rap feel, he is now focused on making "real" music.

"When I say 'real,' I mean with a melody and chorus, not just rapping and being silly."

Topics consistent in his lyrics include cosmetic alteration, promiscuity, and overall glamour, all of which transcend into the Jeffree Star "image" of pink, playful and pretty, but that image isn't everything.

"I'm not here to be another makeup-wearing labeled 'drag queen,' because that's not me. I'm not trying to be a girl and have people obsess on just the image... My mind's on success and keeping my dress full of dollars."

After admittedly tricking the world into thinking he was fabulous, Jeffree lived up to the ruse.

The upcoming year hold the release of the EP, "Plastic Surgery Slumber Party," the announcement of a reality series, creation of his own Jeffree Star cosmetics line, and even the promise of a full-length album.

"I'm a Pink Entrepreneur," tells Star. "I'm not gonna sit around and wait for one project to happen. I'm gonna create nine and watch them all come together."

While Star was reluctant to give away details, he did share that major tours are in the works.

"Let's just say that I won't be playing clubs this summer.... The future is mine, and it will be Jeffree Star standing behind a pink backlit diamond-encrusted world."

From bursting onto the scene with his artistic skills to becoming one of the most recognized faces on the Web, Jeffree Star is prepared to fill the hearts and homes of internet users everywhere.
"Dreams do come true."
