The Ralphs Community Contribution Program: Easy Fundraising

Earn Money for Your Organization by Using Your Ralphs Club Card

This year, Ralphs will give up to $2,500,000 to non-profit organizations. Getting a bit of that money for your organization is easier than you think. Signing up is easy and earning is even easier. Your organization sends people to the Ralphs website to sign up under your organization number. Your organization earns money when people shop. It's as simple as that! Fundraising doesn't get much easier than this.

How to Sign Up

Read the terms and conditions of the program, complete the enrollment application, and fax the completed forms plus proof of 501(c)3 status to Ralphs. Yep, it's really that easy.

How to Earn

Members of your organization must sign up at the Ralphs website. Aside from asking that your volunteers sign up, you can also hand out information about the program at events to get more people involved. Once you have people signed up, they'll be earning money for your organization every time they shop at Ralphs. If the cardholder buys less than $200 worth of groceries per month, your organization will receive 1% of what they spend. If the cardholder buys up to $350 of groceries per month, you'll receive 2% of what they spend. If they buy up to $500 of groceries per month, you'll receive 3% of what they spend. The highest you can reach is 4% of what the cardholder spends, if they spend more than $500 a month on groceries. A quarterly household contribution is limited to $150. The minimum quarterly payout is $25, with amounts under $25 held until the term when $25 is reached. Your organization will receive the money as a check by mail within a month of the quarter's end.

This is one of those fundraising programs that you just can't afford not to do. There is no cost to you and the program is very easy. Once the program is set up, you don't even need a volunteer to maintain it. You can just put up the information on your website and you're good to go. This program is a fantastic way for non-profit organizations to raise funds.
