Sacramento has lots of great places to eat if you know where to go. Lots of small independent places are around but they tend to either be really good or really bad. The Real Pie Company is located at 1201 F Street in Downtown Sacramento, California. It is really easy to find but not so easy to find a good parking spot nearby. You may want to bring quarters with you to park at a meter.

The Real Pie Company offers more then just pies. There are some meal items like pot pies and quiches which are really good. The Real Pie Company is a bakery and so has much more then just pies. Pies are the stores specialty though. Besides bakery products they also have deserts such as mouse and more.

Some of the food is seasonal so you only get the best tasting products but they may not always have what you want. The food here is all delicious and is just like real homemade pie just like grandma made. The one problem is that you will have to pay for this high quality pie. A pie can cost over $15 here. You could go to Apple Hill and get a similar pie for less a little less. However if you are in the Downtown area it is not worth going up to Apple Hill to save a few dollars.If you cant afford a $15 pie you can get smaller cheaper bakery goods which are just as good but cost less.

Overall The Real Pie Company is a great bakery with great food. My only two problems are the parking is anything but great and the price is anything but great too.
