The Real Solution to the Real Economic Crisis

Caryn Murray
Everybody seems to be buzzing about money, asking questions like "how did this happen" and "how can we fix it?" You're asking the right questions, but need to look deeper for the right answers. The bailout does not fix it. Borrowing more money does not fix it.

Money matters are shown in confusing equations and graphs and so few people fully understand the real concept of our economy. Picture a game of musical chairs. When the music stops, a portion of us may sit comfortably in their nice homes and discuss the tragedy of the music stopping... the rest of us are left standing with no place to sit. This is because for the economy to work, there has to be scarcity. There simply can not be enough for everyone, and when you put it into words this is something most people already know. And it's not fair, but that's just the way it is.

So while we are now focusing on how to better budget our money, or discussing how good it is that the price of a gallon of has has now dropped back down to under $3, and hopefully we can anticipate further price drops... nobody is truly focusing on the big picture, and more importantly the real solution.

Can you imagine what life would be like if money simply did not exist? Think very deeply into this fantasy, because the digger you deep you know how right that illusion truly is.

What would you say if I told you that a world of equality, of abundance, and an economy that is based on resources instead of money is not only a pleasant idea but a realistic plan? If we could only pull together, to openly discuss this concept and to work together to turn that plan into a reality, if only...

Right now, you can see your very own dreams illustrated in The Venus Project. To some, it may seem a bit far fetched... the idea of "redesigning an entire culture" and a resource based economy, full of abundance and equality for all humankind. Clearly, this is a big fantasy but people are working hard to formulate that idea into a reality... thus proving that idealogy does not produce results, but when you put together that same idea with realistic steps for action... all borders of limitation are eliminated.

Go ahead and ask questions, but don't just ask... answer them as well. I am only one person, who is on a mission to raise awareness that it doesn't have to be this way. A better life, an economy we all benefit from... it is possible. In order to achieve this, we have to spread the message, we have to raise awareness, and more importantly we have to not settle for what we have, just because it is what we have. Nobody is happy, so why doesn't anybody step up and form a real solution to "get us out of this mess?"

Somebody has, and maybe you can help share this message...

Loved the article! (^;^) I am a big fan of Jacque Fresco. He is a brilliant man and his blueprint for mankind's future is the only real solution to the mess I see in our world today. Unfortunately, the greatest obstacle to real world change is greed, and it will be the hardest to ever overcome. I am afraid it will take an unprecedented global crisis for his plans to ever be fully implemented. The Bible says the meek shall inherit the earth. And whether you believe in God or not, I feel only a love for our planet earth, its creatures and each other, and a mutual willingness to share and work toward benefiting all mankind must happen before any real change can occur. I believe the current ideology of working for money and personal gain, by profiting from others, is the root cause of most of society's ills. Please message me, I'd love to discuss this more.
