"The Recruting Bonus Mafia Inc." Ever Heard About Them?

You Probably Wouldn't Because They Are Not Incorporated. But You Might Have "experienced" Them. Because They Exist Within Many of Our Smart Corporations!

Many CEOs will think they are working smart by profiting from the work of others.

But they probably don't know that there smarter guys and gals right under their noses who are profiting from the "no-work" of others.

I said "no-work" because, those "others" don't exist in reality.

But they do exist virtually in THE FIRST of the two books maintained for the purpose:

-One to fool the CEO
-The other to fool the taxman

But you may ask,"Why you say I might have experienced them?"

You might have seen those job ads coming endlessly on some of the "reputed" FREE AD WEBSITES.

In fact, some of them appear every week. One even has been appearing weekly for years that they should have employed almost all the population of America by this time.

You might even have applied for such jobs.

Only that, you probably never got any reply from them.

And if you cared too much for the job, you might have even contacted them only to hear the discouraging statement:

"your skill set didn't suit our requirements!"

OR

"there were better qualified candidates than you."

But you will be intrigued by the same ad appearing again for the very same job the very next week!

What went wrong?

Only that you responded for a job ad that was meant for the attention their own CEO, not for you.

Yes, it is a safety measure for the future, in case something goes wrong in a racket that is unfortunately prevalent today.

One of the necessary elaborate steps out of many to prove the existence of a non-existent job and of the ghosts of fake employees for the eyes of the top brass.

That explains the necessity for the second "clean book" which is meant for the taxman.

They are going to be in deep trouble, if this book is not there. Various departments of the government need to make sure that statutory cuts due to them have been deducted from the salaries of all employees.

That means an accountant needs to be part of the racket for maintaining dual accounts.

This is one reason why CEOs usually fail to notice any foul play; it is all neatly camouflaged by the guy who does the accounting for the sake of his friends.

Thus the foolish CEOs won't know that thousands are being spirited away under the guise of "recruitment bonus" and "finder's fee."

In every institution there may exist "profit centers" for some departments like graft payment from suppliers.

This stealing of recruitment bonuses and finder's fees is another such avenue.

Of course the self-justification for such backhand activities is this:

"Since the CEOs and other top guys are stealing millions, why not we make our thousands?"

Also, the bosses too need the help of these underdogs to mint their millions. So they may not mind the disappearance of the thousands.
