The Republicrat Waltz

"Who Do You Trust when Everyone's a Crook?"

x
Oh, they want everyone to believe
That they got nothin' hid up their sleeves
Skirt the Laws of the Land
Using more sleight of hand
They're all nothing but common thieves!

Oh, what Artful Dodgers be they
Who divert our attention away
Pointing fingers of blame
As they play Fagan's game
Like it or not, we ALL gonna pay!

Some billions were taken, you know
I must ask, "Where did it all go"?
It used to be here
Did it just disappear?
Boy, they must think we're all slow!

Their privilege and pow'r they preserve
In cahoots with the Federal Reserve
There is no more doubt
Let's kick these thieves out
And give 'em all what they deserve!

I've never seen a poem--or any article--actually rated a full 5 out of 5 stars. Wow! Well, this poem certainly deserves its 5 stars, and more!

Nice job Mike, if I were writing from the libertarian perspective as well and wanted a drastically smaller federal government I would view them as all one in the same.
