The Return of the Living Dead(1985) is a classic sequel to Night of the Living Dead from author John Russo's book of the same name. It's a horror movie that does the impossible by being scary and funny often at the same time. Two medical supply flunkies accidentally open government canisters containing dead bodies reported to be zombies. The canister releases a toxic gas that raises the dead. Then shit goes crazy.
