Taru Mehta
There are many varieties of pizza restaurants here at USA. We are pizza lovers and hence, are always on the look out for such new pizza restaurants. Recently, we had an opportunity to visit one such pizza restaurants in the suburbs of Baltimore. This restaurant is Ledo's Pizza, which is situated at White Marsh/Nottingham Square, 5350 Campbell Blvd. Baltimore, MD-21236, having phone number as 410 931 5336. We visited this restaurant and were amazed to find out the varieties of pizzas and other food delicacies that this restaurant served.

Ledo's Pizza serves appetizers, soups, pizzas, subs, salads, bread combos, and various special entrée orders of Spaghetti. The full service bar is also available at this restaurant. The specialty of this restaurant is that it serves all pizzas in square shape instead of normal circular shape of pizzas served at such other restaurants. The plates, in which pizzas were served, were also in square shape. We visited this restaurant on weekday evening. In spite of that, the restaurant was reasonably full. We were a group of four people with one child of around 2 years old. The specialty pizzas were available here in three sizes of small, medium, and the large. One large pizza is easily sufficient for around three to four persons along with the starters like garlic breads and French Fries. We ordered one large pizza and one order each of garlic bread and French Fries for our group of five and it was found quiet sufficient.

The specialty pizzas in around ten varieties are available here. Most of these pizzas were of non vegetarian varieties like Buffalo Pizza, Zesty Chicken Pizza, Meat lovers delight, Ledo Deluxe, and new Italian White Pizza. The rates for these pizzas were around $8, $12, and $18 respectively for small, medium, and large size pizzas. There are around twenty-one types of toppings available here like bacon, anchovies, artichokes, black olives, broccoli florets, extra cheese, meat balls, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, pineapple, salami, and the Spinach. There were around thirty-two square pieces in one large size pizza. One large pizza is served in two trays so that it becomes very convenient to eat for the entire group. This restaurant uses home made dough, home made sauce, and are specifically made to order.

There are around eighty such Ledo's restaurants in the entire USA. Around fifty six such restaurants are situated in the State of Maryland. The others are situated in Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Delaware, and the North Carolina. This chain of Ledo's Pizza is in operation since last 53 years. It was started as one small pizza outlet in the year 1955 and has been developing rapidly ever since. The quality and the taste are the main aspects observed here at this restaurant. The staff was also found quiet courteous and polite. The service was also excellent. Our complete order was served within only around 15 minutes of ordering. Ledo is also famous for its mini burgers, special order of wings, and the Mozzarella sticks. The restaurant is also quiet big and had a capacity to accommodate around 150 people. The layout was also spacious so that the kids could move all around easily. The special treat of lollipops was also placed at the counter for the young kids in view of the forthcoming Halloween. The rest rooms were also quiet clean and spacious. The entire atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet formal and enjoyable. The bar had around twelve varieties of red wines, eight varieties of white wines, beers, scotch whiskies, and other deluxe drinks like Rum, Brandy, cocktails, and the special Russian vodka. We saw lot of people enjoying the alcoholic drinks at this bar. Though, we did not order any alcoholic drinks.

Our experience of visiting this Ledo's pizza restaurant was very enjoyable and we have decided to repeat it in near future. I am quite confident that most of my friends and AC readers would enjoy visiting this unique fine dining restaurant to enjoy special varieties of Pizzas.
