The cycles of life
Can cause us strife
Day and night
Dark and light
But if right now your world is black
And joy and love is what you lack
Don't think you must be turning back
Trust that you are on the right track
Beneath the cold, frozen ground
New seeds of life will be found
Waiting there for the next round
When summer warmth will abound
Sadness can turn to delight
When a new joy we invite
Stillness can lead to insight
With a new dawn for our sight
And Spring green ends Winter's white.

You make a cogent point that life without suffering lacks meaning, passion and strength. Well done.
