"Money begets money", in most cases it has been argued that the rich will always remain rich and vise versa. Recently a friend of mine woke up in the middle of the night and took thirty minutes while peeping through his window, his apartment is adjacent to the the highway leading to a commercial town. During all this time, he was a little bit surprised, the road was clear of Passenger Service Vehicles, what was left was only private cars consisting of the top range models.

According to non scientific research, the rich are more aggressive and have numerous businesses which they guard with a lot of zeal and zest. They shuttle between one venture to the other until morning hours when they prepare to go to their 3 to 5 jobs. It takes a lot of discipline, commitment, networking and finance to earn other people's admiration especially when one is in the corporate world.

In order to realize the expected growth in a sector, it is appropriate for both the management of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and multinational companies to think out of the box. According to experts, respective authorities concerned should remain focused on business prospects like growth, cash flow and profitability, "such aspect enables a company to acquire finance easily from banking institutions" proper business planning and documentation leads to easier identification from other competitors.

In order to position a company departments like marketing and public relation should be created and if they exist they should be strengthened, "marketing is important, it serves in purposes like branding the products and creating a awareness to the targeted consumers" it is important to note that the reason for a company's establishment is to reach out to the consumers. Marketing heightens campaign through the media, it facilitate loan acquisition as the lenders are made aware of your existence prior before the approach. In dealing with the publics, the PR department will ensure that an organization is engaged in any Corporate Social Responsibility like food donation.

It is in order for the chief executives to be a breast with the performance of a company like where it realizes its strength and weakness, when it makes loses and its profits. Most experts advocate for a well drawn plan spelling the company's portfolio, what the company wants to achieve, the current status and strategies in place to reach its projected target. It is through well stated objectives that a company can stand above the rest in securing capital for growth.
