The Rooms in My House

Tammy White
There are many rooms inside my house
Just follow after me
Lets take a walk through every door
To see what we can see

The kitchen is where we keep our food
It's where we eat and drink
It has counter tops and cupboards
And a stainless metal sink

The bedroom is where we keep our bed
It's where we sleep and snore
It has a dresser and a closet
And a mirror on the door

The living room is where we keep our couch
It's where we sit and chat
It has a piano and a rocker
And a fancy tasseled mat

The bathroom is where we keep our toilet
It's where we wash and scrub
It has a towel bar and mirror
And a white ceramic tub

The family room is where we keep our games
It's where we read and watch TV
It has a fireplace and a stereo
And photographs of me

The playroom is where we keep our toys
It's where we jump and crawl
It has a bookshelf and a puzzle mat
And a cartoon bordered wall

The garage is where we keep our car
It's where we build and store
It has the golf clubs and a bicycle
And a big electric door

My house has many useful rooms
To wash and cook and play
Outside it's stormy weather now
So in my house I'll stay
