The royal kiss was one that will go down in history because it was a double kiss. Prince William and Kate shared their first kiss as husband and wife on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. The couple shared not one but two kisses on the balcony.

The first kiss was very brief but the second kiss was much longer and unexpected. It just goes to show that this royal couple is very much in love with one another. This is one royal kiss that will go down in history books.

The royal couple appeared on the balcony of Buckingham Palace accompanied by their family while the crowd roared and cheered. When Kate and Prince William walked onto the balcony, it was clear her words were "wow" as she saw the crowd of people there to watch the couple share their first kiss as husband and wife.

It was clear the crowd was pleased with the royal couple's first kiss but when the second kiss happened it was more amazing and the crowd loved every second. There were tens of thousands of people waiting with anticipation for the royal kiss by Prince William and Kate.

The newlyweds made their way to Buckingham Palace via an open topped carriage followed by scarlet-clad troops on horseback. Entering the gates of Buckingham Palace Prince William gave a formal salute and Kate bowed her head.

The royal wedding and the royal kiss will be remembered for years to come. It has been an amazing journey for Prince William and Kate. It is indeed a fairytale that every little girl dreams of and to have watched this couple from start to finish has been amazing.

If there were two people meant for each other it is definitely Kate and Prince William and now that the royal wedding and the royal kiss is over their life as a married couple now begins.
