The laughter of children,
And songs of the birds
Can all be heard.
The scent of crepe myrtle,
And the soft cool breeze
Stir one's senses and makes
Them week in the knees.
Summer is hear
And spring is gone.
Soon it will be fall,
And winter will come along.
Be thankful for each season
Because they each are great.
Some things we may not like,
But the bad is not enough to hate.
Cherish each day,
And use your time wisely.
Life is too short to
Worry about rhyming.
