The Second Trine of the Chinese Zodiac

Ox, Snake, and Rooster

R.B.
The Second trine of the Chinese Zodiac consists of the ox, snake, and rooster. All three of these animal signs are considered the most hard-working of the twelve animals. The Second Trine animals always think of others before themselves, are very good at solving problems, and are extremely helpful. The ox, snake, and rooster all make excellent leaders, similar to the first trine of animals, but are usually more likeable in their positions of power.

People with the sign of an ox correspond to the years 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997, and 2009. Ox people are usually wallflowers and don't seek attention, often preferring to be by themselves than around other people. They like telling the truth and are eager to listen and help others. Ox personalities are usually laid back and don't speak unless they have something worthwhile to contribute to the conversation.

The years of 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, and 2001 are all birth years for snake personalities. Snakes like to save their money and usually make a large amount of it. They are very smart and like to analyze situations before making a move. Snake personalities are also good at getting other people to do what they want them to do. Snakes do not like stressful situations and become quite upset when they fail at a task.

Years of the rooster are 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, and 2005. Roosters are almost always on time and like to tell the truth, sometimes to the point of being hurtful. Roosters always have good intentions, but can get themselves into trouble by being too honest. Roosters often end up spending time by themselves because of this problem.
