The Shocking Bachelorette Premiere with Ashley Hebert

The shocking Bachelorette premiere with Ashley Hebert? Sound juicy enough? We don't have any evidence that the new version of The Bachelorette is going to be any more juicy than any of the other shows. But the producers and editors of the show are pretty good at stirring up the controversy. In other words, they'll find a way because they always do.

Since it is the guys who will be vying for the affection of Bachelorette Ashley-we'll expect dudes with girlfriends, drunk dudes and guys who are overly sentimental (or just way too girly.) That's the typical run of the mill for The Bachelorette. We know that at least 25 guys will be attempting to win the heart of the gal that was dumped by Brad Womack in the late stage of The Bachelor. Sometimes ABC can throw in a few extra Bachelors just for giggles.

Will the show be shocking? Of course it will be. It wouldn't be great reality television without a few twists and turns along the way. Ashley is pretty bubbly so she'll get to play off the new cast of characters who are trying to win her love. I think she's the perfect pick to be The Bachelorette thanks to her high level of energy. If there is any downfall to that, Ashley might be a little too energetic for some and cross over into the land of annoying. Probably not. She seems sweet and the type of girl capable enough to carry the show on her back with her enthusiasm.

Maybe Ashley will actually be the shocking element of the show. Ashley, who is 26 years old, was sent home from South Africa by Womack. It didn't take very long before ABC announced that she would be the next Bachelorette.
Brad didn't really provide any super definitive answers why he let her go other than just liking the other girls a little more.
So we haven't seen many character flaws-and that sets up a pretty good entrance for Ashley onto the 2011 Bachelorette.
The fact that we, as an audience, get to see her in full this time around could provide for some compelling reality television moments. Will she unravel? Will she be a rock of emotion or are we facing a very strong yet emotional cryer?
Please no more cryers!

Twirlit is already reporting a few Bachelorette spoilers believe it or not. In fact, the site goes on to predict that either Ames Brown or Mickey McLean will be the final choices. How is that for a very early Bachelorette spoiler? Reality Steve has also already posted his annual Bachelorette spoilers but like the past few years--I'm going to try to avoid his predictions because he's typically accurate and it doesn't allow me to make my annual predictions.

First off, let's get to this Ashley Hebert gal. The Hollywood Reporter penned a fantastic story with a brief bio of who this 26 year old from Maine is. And get this Bachelorette shocker--Ashley considers herself a "romantic." Okay, not really shocking at all.

So who do I predict might have an opportunity just by looking at the biographies on the official website?

There just happens to be a dentist from Colorado named Blake. The guy seems adventurous enough but he picked Tiger Woods as the guy he'd like to be for just a day. That may be a major no-no from someone wanting to be in a serious relationship. Then there is Matt, a 28 year old from Massachusetts, who would like to dance like Justin Timberlake. Those are the two who strike me from a bio and picture point on the official website.
Only time will tell as The Bachelorette officially premieres on May 23, 2011 on ABC. Expect more juicy details, spoilers and shocking developments as we head down the path of yet another season!
