The Show "Bachelor" Causes Me to React!

Candus
The show The Bachelor that airs on ABC is ending as of today. The season finale will be aired tonight and I will have to wait till then to see what happens. I have been a fan of The Bachelor back when they first started airing them. I have found them to be quite amusing and comforting.

Let's take a look at what we have learned from this season thus far. The Bachelor is a pilot named Jake Pavelka who is 32 years old. He was on a previous show the Bachelorette and did not get selected. So ABC decided to let him be the Bachelor and so far he has kept my interest as well as other viewers.

Jake is every girl's dream. He is handsome, romantic and he's family oriented. Jake is searching for his soul mate and wants to find his wife and thought of trying to locate her on this show would give him that opportunity.

If you have never watched this show you have missed out. This show definitely gets me stirred up and emotional. Just ask my husband who is sitting next to me on the sofa who often hears, "Why can't you be like Jake?". My husband always responds the same way, "Honey it's a television show."

I started cyphering through my favorite ladies from the first night they arrived in the limousine to meet Jake. Many ladies were beautiful but some of them were quite cheesy acting as well as very outspoken. I certainly had some of the wilder and more eccentric ones pegged from the get go.

Jake gets to take these women on great fantasy dates and elaborate helicopter rides and views of beautiful scenery. He also has had to deal with allot of drama. What kind of show would it be without drama? My point exactly! But Jake does finally figure out which ladies are drama queens but will he pick the girl that's just in it to win it?

We watched the girls get selected and given a rose week after week and watching relationships with the ladies and Jake blossom. but now it's down to the last two ladies standing and I'm not completely satisfied.

Jake and Ali were very close and you could see the chemistry they have together when they went on their dates. But Ali had to make a tough decision and choose from keeping her job and going home or staying on the show and taking a risk of Jake selecting her in the end or not.

Ali spoke with Jake in a very sweet but emotional meeting the night of the rose ceremony. While shedding many tears and sometimes even sounding quite babyish she ask repeatably what do I do? Jake told her he could not guarantee her he would put a ring on her finger in the end and he could not say he wouldn't either.

Ali chose to leave the show and Jake and they both had a sad tearful goodbye. Jake quickly moved forward as he should have to his final three women and then that week he let Gia go home as well. Now it's down to Tenley and Vienna.

Tenley is a sweet and beautiful woman who is a divorcee. She has been upbeat the whole show and some girls have teased and said she's to happy. Jake has enjoyed his time with her but I don't really see any sparks with her and Jake.

Jake also has Vienna still in it to win it. She is very competitive and also very abrasive and forward. She let's Jake know that she wants him and that she is a Daddy's girl. I don't think Vienna is ready to get married I personally think she's to young.

The show that aired last week The Women Tell All, the girl's that got eliminated got to face Jake and ask him tough question's. Jake did not look happy to me and he looked as if he still loved Ali and Ali had a sad look on her face as well.

I have noticed many magazines on the stands this week about The Bachelor as you may have also. The main thing they are saying is that Jake does not select either Vienna or Tenley but yet he goes back for Ali.

I guess we will have to wait and see and then comes the previous Bachelor, Jason from Washington on March the 8th to wed the lady he fell in love with Molly. I guess ABC knows we have many people out there in television land that are suckers for a good romantic show.

Keep them coming ABC and let's see who you select for the next Bachlorette.
