It has been very humid lately so the coolness of the night has to it, is a wonderful feeling as it touches her bare skin. She is starting to feel all the days burdens melt away, as she starts to put her feelings down on the blank sheet of paper. Mary's pen is flying along the paper as, she starts telling about how the kids where acting up, how the washer had decided to break down with a full load in the middle of the rinse cycle, and how all of this just put her in a trouble mood all day long. Then as she got more into her writing she looked up and notice the wonderful music that was coming from outside.
As Mary started to write once more, her mood started to shift a little, and she started to write about the sounds, she was hearing. She describe how the crickets were singing their love song for their mates so they could find them. There was also the faint sounds of the roosting birds from their nests, calling to all of their friends, just to make sure everyone was still close by and all was alright with the night. Mary also wrote that she could here a faint rustling sound outside of her window, that was a little mother bunny trying to find some much needed food for her young ones back in the burro. She can also hear the loud tree frogs, croaking their loud songs, sounds like a bass singers bellowing out their songs for the audience to hear.
As Mary takes a moment to collect her taught, she looks away from her journal, and takes a look outside of her window. She can still here the wonderful songs that her, wildlife neighbors are singing. But as Mary looks around her yard, she notices a slight dance going on outside, on this damp night. She is amazed by how beautiful this little dance is, she takes notice of the wonderful glittery patterns that they are leaving behind, as the firefly's light up the night sky. They to are lighting the way for their mate to find them. As she writes about this in her journal, she notices a neat pattern in the night time music she is hearing, and the sights she is hearing. They are all the sights and sound of Summer Time Love.
As Mary starts to read what she wrote for the day, she is left with a feeling of blissfulness that she has witnessed the wonderful sights and sounds that God has blessed this wonderful Earth with, this makes her to reflect on the troubles, of the day. She can seen now that even thought the kids were bad, and the washer had issues, that by the end of the day, all she has to do is listen to the night time music of love and know that love is still in the night time sounds that surround us all.
Mary is glad that once again her journal helped her to find the peaceful place in her mind, and as she falls to sleep after her long day, she listens quietly to the sounds of love outside of her window.
